Specific deliverables, timelines, pricing, and service details may be provided in a separate proposal, invoice, checkout page, statement of work, or written agreement. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a separate signed agreement, the separate signed agreement will control for that specific service.

3. No Guaranteed Results

We work to provide valuable services and improve your online presence, automation, review generation process, and marketing systems. However, we do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to:

-A specific number of leads, customers, reviews, sales, calls, bookings, or revenue

-A specific ranking on Google or other search engines

-A specific approval, publication, or removal of online reviews

-A specific return on investment

Your results may depend on many factors outside of our control, including your market, offer, customer experience, competition, response time, pricing, reputation, and business operations.

4. Client Responsibilities

To provide services effectively, we may need access to information, accounts, tools, content, images, branding, login credentials, business details, or timely feedback from you.

You agree to provide accurate information and respond to reasonable requests in a timely manner. Delays in providing required information, approvals, or access may delay project timelines.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content, images, logos, trademarks, customer lists, phone numbers, email addresses, and other materials you provide to us are legally owned by you or properly licensed for your use.

5. Review and Reputation Services

If we provide review or reputation management services, you are responsible for ensuring that your review request practices comply with applicable laws, platform guidelines, and industry rules.

We do not create fake reviews, purchase reviews, misrepresent customer experiences, or guarantee that customers will leave positive reviews. Review platforms may remove, filter, reject, or decline to display reviews at their discretion.

6. SMS and Email Follow-Ups

Some services may include SMS and email follow-up systems. You are responsible for ensuring that contacts added to any SMS or email campaign have provided proper consent where required.

You agree not to use our services to send spam, unlawful messages, misleading communications, or messages to people who have not consented to receive them.

Recipients must be able to opt out of SMS and email communications.

7. Payments

Payments may be processed through Stripe or another third-party payment processor. By purchasing a service, you agree to pay all fees shown on the checkout page, invoice, proposal, or agreement.

All payments are due according to the terms shown at checkout, on the invoice, or in a separate agreement.

If a recurring subscription or monthly service is purchased, you authorize us or our payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until the service is canceled according to the cancellation terms.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement, setup fees, completed work, and digital services already delivered are non-refundable.

For monthly services, you may cancel future service by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation requests should be submitted before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the next billing period.

We may update or modify our cancellation and refund policies for specific offers, subscriptions, or service agreements.

9. Third-Party Tools and Platforms

Our services may involve third-party tools or platforms, such as Stripe, GoHighLevel, Google Business Profile, website builders, hosting providers, email platforms, SMS providers, calendar tools, analytics tools, or other software.

We are not responsible for outages, pricing changes, account suspensions, policy changes, data loss, review filtering, platform errors, or service disruptions caused by third-party platforms.

You are responsible for complying with the terms and policies of any third-party platforms you use.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we retain ownership of our pre-existing materials, templates, systems, processes, workflows, strategies, documentation, and intellectual property.

After full payment is received, you may use the final deliverables we create specifically for your business for your internal business purposes.

You may not copy, resell, reproduce, distribute, or commercialize our templates, systems, workflows, or materials without our written permission.

11. Website Content

The information on our website is provided for general informational purposes only. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that all website content is complete, accurate, or up to date.

We may update, remove, or change website content at any time.

12. Limitation of Liability
